Technical Architect (Romsey D&B)

Summary of Role:

Thrive are looking for an experienced and dynamic architect with a strong technical background to work on exciting residential and mixed-use projects. We are looking for someone who can join our collaborative design and build technical team and be instrumental in overseeing the practical elements of a project and ensuring efficiency and guidance on environmental and regulatory aspects.

Experience in contract and project management would be a bonus.

Key Attributes and Skills Needed:

• Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Proficiency in RIBA Stages 3-6, demonstrating a strong understanding of the architectural process within the CDM procedures.
• A good level of experience with Revit is essential.
• Extensive experience in detailing, ensuring meticulous attention to every aspect of design implementation.
• Proven ability in producing high-quality working drawings that adhere to industry standards and regulations.
• Familiarity with NBS specifications, ensuring accuracy and consistency in project documentation.
